One little* problem (*read MASSIVE if you do anything of importance on the web)..........

Clickety Click
The same terms are already in the EULA for other Google products. In this case, Google has already said it will be modifying the EULA to soften or remove the more troublesome provisions (and that the modifications are retroactive for existing users). .

If you want to secure the browser (which is a big vector that is increasing daily)... Grab ForceField and give it a try. Works with IE and Firefox,etc...

There's even a "Private Browser" mode that leaves zero trace of what you do and the sites you visit, etc...

Chrome is NOT secure, PLUS Google can track everything you do with it!

Do NOT use it!

"Private Browser" mode, or "porn" mode, has been around for a while in Safari.

I'm happy to see another browser in the market even if I don't expect it to succeed. Competition is good. But I wonder how many people will think it's faster simply because it's a fresh install (no stale cache or bloated ad-ins). The memory usage for Chrome seems excessive but it seems that is the trend with IE 8 doing the same. Safari (on OS X) is no lightweight either but it seems to use about half of what Chrome is using (in Vista).

Google collects way too much data from the users!

Plus: it's NOT a secure browser.

Risk of getting a virus is also high.

The German government gave out a warning, that's how bad Chrome is.
