oh this is funny.
there was a candidate who interviewed for a position.
Upon asking his weakness, he said.
Women and he can party all night and still come to work the next day without being tired.
heheheheheh. This was for a security engineering position with the #1 security company in the world.

I don't like the "I don't have weaknesses" answer or the "my weakness is that I am an overachiever and put 100% of myself into my work, thus sacrificing my family and everyone around me." I think it sounds too fake. Be honest. Your #1 weakness is that you are new to the career and don't have a lot of hands-on experience. Then be ready to immediately rebut that with "but that being said... I have had several internships and the opportunity to do XYZ.. and I am a quick learner, as evidenced by ABC... etc."

be yourself, be sincere, they are looking for skills and credentials but they need to like you too. The more you can show up as yourself and be confident in who you are the better you will do.
Good luck!

Anyone that went thru the same schooling as you can obviously do this job. Someone can be trained to do a job/perform a task a certain way. What cannot be trained is one's personality and analytical/critical thinking. You are going to have to find a way to some how convey that in your interviews as that will put you in prime position for the job....(that's my philosophy when interviewing people, I look for their personality to come through)
