What set ups are you guys running? Pioneer or Denons? Tabletop players or rack mount players? mixers?
Ive had my CDJ-800mk2's and DJM-400 for the past 3 years and wanted to upgrade to the MEP-7000 or maybe CDJ-400. Ive never used rack mounted players, for those that have used them, do you like them? ive read nothing but great reviews on this unit. Its a bad ass unit. plays both cd and dvd mp3, 2 usb ports, it can also run Serato and Traktor.
Heres a couple of Youtube videos.

ive used both Pioneer and Denon over the years for cd mixing (as well as Numark and Gemini), the denon's were the rackmounts; I've also used newer mixers with multi -iPod connections, and ofcourse u need technics for the vinyl
havent gotten any new stuff in some time now that I dont produce professionally anymore, but would recommend pioneer or denon for sure....oh yeah, and a jamman is a must

I'm no DJ, but people who know me, say I'm gangster.
I have no idea what prompted me to post this, except that I'm tired.
