Yeah it was pretty funny to see the AF run like hell when the incoming siren went off. I liked how H-6 had it's own movie theater. AF always has the best girls and better living conditions where ever they're located.

Been there, done that. Spent a year in Taji back in 2004-05 when things were on the wild side. Funny watching the REMF's in the brigade aviation TOC (tatical operations center) I was a liason at jump in their battle rattle for sporadic mortar rounds that were 200 meters away. They also couldn't figure out the difference between outbound and incoming fires LOL!

Enjoy your time off. If you fly into Dallas and have some layover time, let me know I'll buy lunch at Hooters or something.
