However that guy was fired. While he shouldn't have fallen asleep, these guys don't get paid all that much and I think it's Comcasts fault for not having a special phone number for their field guys to call into. It's no wonder they give you a 6 hour window for the cable guy to show up. 
I guess that's another reason I'll hold on to DirecTV.
