My Ride: A Car faster than yours.....
Thank you all for your help. I was able to go there today and they gave me the information for the person that rented a PO box there. They said the guy had a bunch of parts shipped there and he picked it all up with a truck. We'll see what happens.

You are very welcome. If he went inside the store, they definately should have it on video. Since he rented a PO box there, they should also have his DL and other info (I believe that's a requirement for obtaining a PO box to prevent mail fraud. I may be mistaken however).
