Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Steptronic, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Bluetooth, Adaptive Control Xenons. 10/30/07 Added OEM 124s with 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. I was so busy last night i missed this thread completely.
Credit Card fraud is the bigger fish here, not the stolen exhuast. the Op needs to contact the local FBI field office. They may or may not do anything serious, but if the LAPD gets this guy for the stolen exhaust, the FEDS may want him then.
If you are that serious about getting those video tapes, have a PI get them and authorize the use of additional funds to secure the tapes. He can find out who the original owner of credit card is and show them the video tape. they may know the person.
or you can just hire this guy brah:
