it was just worded a little differently. Eloy was pissed off and when u r pissed, u write things that r pissed off. I think he wants to know if anyone knows of this person and also is warning us of this address so vendors like us would beware.

Same thing happened to my friend in Des Moines. He used his CC at a gas station, paid at the pump. Criminals had a strip installed on the machine that copied his info. They used it and bought $700 worth of stuff at Victoria Secret in Mississippi 2 days later.
