I like to share my experience waiting for my V6.1 cables
wow, DHL is just horrible. Here is the chain of event:
1, got tracking info and noticed right away its the wrong destination.
2, called DHL and the label shows the right address and they tell me its just showing wrong and dont worry about it.
3, so what I was told was a pile of crap. it went to a different country and on the tracking it shows "calll DHL"
4, called them and they didnt know what was wrong, hang up called again and they said its been relabled and its on the way to me.
5, waited all day at home for the package. got a slip on the front door saying they missed me.......WTF, i was home all day by the front door. Door bell working and I am dont have hearing problems.
6, called them to complain. they called driver promising me they will re-deliver at 430pm.
7, I had my bro sit outside to wait and no one shows up.
8, called them and I was just plain angry this time. Filed a complain and told them how much their company sucked and that I want to file a formal complain against the driver and call centre.
DHL is just the worst couier company in North America. They suck! This has nothing to do with Bruce.

It appears DHL has also "misplaced" my order as well. I tracked the package - departed the UK on Tuesday to Cincinnati,OH where it was checked in early Thursday AM. It was then tracked to Boston supposedly arriving late Thursday morning. I anticipated delivery by Friday since I'm about an hour drive south of Boston.
Three different phone calls to DHL customer service provide me with 3 different stories. 1st I was told to call back in an hour as they attempt to locate the shipment and provide status.
2nd Call I was informed that the package would be delivered to me by 5pm Friday.
On the 3rd call I was informed the shipment probably never did actually make it to Boston and they need to "locate" it - perhaps I would have it by Tuesday.
So who knows what to believe ? Thank goodness its just cables and not a kidney for a life saving procedure ! :thumbsdown:

wow, not only me having problems with this useless courier company....Fedex and UPS is much better! DHL uses a tracking system from the 90s, thats why they always screws up. Not to mention they farm a lot of the their jobs out to owner operators.

Maybe I should offer a choice of shipping methods. Fedex and UPS are generally a bit more expensive.
