Note : The Dual system do not have the usual PowerSound Adjustable Valve, I just received an email from Remus Austria confirming that statement.
They did not put on the adjustable valve because of technical reasons.

Is that where we can adjust the valve until we get the desired sound level? You said that the dual systems do not come with the PowerSound Adjustable valve, and I am pretty sure that the single muffler system for the 545 does not come with it either,.....so which are the models that DO come with it? Would it be possible to order a 545 muffler that would also incorporate this sound adjustment system?

Also, it looks like there is no Remus muffler available for the 545 with M-Tech bumper. I don't understand why the Remus will work with the stock bumper but not the M-Tech bumper. Other aftermarket mufflers and the stock BMW muffler work with both the stock bumper and the M-Tech bumper.......the hole or openning is slightly different on the stock and M-Tech bumper, but they still accomodate both the stock and aftermarket tips. Do you know (or can you find out from Remus) exactly what the problem is with the Remus 545 muffler and the M-Tech bumper? It can't be the size of the tips because I used to have a B&B muffler with two 3.5"(89mm) tips and they fit just fine in the M-Tech bumper's cutout.

 

There is no model for the E60 that comes with the PowerSound valve. The regular single system is a Sports Label.
Regarding the bumper, I will contact Remus Austria for more information.
