If I had a cut out for quads on my M-Tech bumper it would fit am I correct?

Yes, correct, I am not 100% sure about this but I believe the M-Tech bumper has larger openings for the tips than the regular stock bumper, a twin tip setup or a large oval tip might be in order to fill this gap.

One more question is it possible to get the 84mm tips in a Quad setup 2.99 = 76mm might be a little small. I noticed that Remus makes 84mm tips for their single sided mufflers can these be put on to a quad setup?
