DO NOT lose the lower screws! Because if you do you'll spend a lot of time trying to fish them out from the bottom. That's why I recommend you loosen instead of removing.

One other thing I didn't mention, after completion be sure to line up the headlight with the fender exactly when you're putting it back into the housing. Chi-Town Racing mentioned this in his DIY. I didn't align mine right so now the driver's side headlight is off and the xenon beam is kinda high. I'm going to re-align it this weekend.

Ed - Got your PM. Just got home from shopping with the wife. Got 2 hours before I need to be ready to go out with some friends. I'm going to do the install in my garage right now. I'll let you know how it goes. B/T/W - I got a flexible extender which is going to be perfect.

VT - I'm only going to loosen by 2 turns, per Chi-Towns DIY. Thanks for the heads up though.

Pix to come shortly!

Guys - I got the first headlight out. But I have a question now. I got the main headlight bulb out but can't turn the OEM AngelEye enough so it comes out. This has taken me the longest time and I'm getting a bit frustrated. I assume counter-clockwise and half a turn or more? I see the notches, but I can't get my hands in there to help complete the turn. Anyone?

When I pulled the 1.0 AiBs to send back, needlenose pliers did the trick. Just make sure when you do seat the new bulb, it is seated evenely otherwise you will get uneven light between the two rings on the same side.

I'm done! Wahoo! Just took some fanagling to pop it out. I guess it didn't need that much of a turn.

Anyway, it looks awesome! I am so stocked. I took pix before and after with each side. I need to jump in the shower and get ready to go out. When I get back tonight, I'll post pix.

Took me about 45 mins on the first side. The second took me about 15 mins, since I knew how it all worked from the first.

Thanks for everyone's help! Car looks fantastic with the hoen fogs and the AIB's V2.0. I love it!
