My 2006 E60 will be pay off early next year, hopefully I will have enough funds to get the F10 by late next year. Leasing will be a good idea, since who knows how much I, and many other E60 owners will like it

Seriously, in a country where one can get millions for beeing stupid, when going to court, I wouldn't bring all options to the US either.
Once I placed my order it can't be cancelled, so we get everything we want.

It's hard to answer without seeing all of the details first. First and foremost, if it looks like the GT, then the answer will be no. Styling will be critical to my decision to buy or not.
