Hi cagatacos and welcome to the Forum!
Do you have the extended automatic aircondition? (You can see it from the dash chrome air intakes details).
The (even standard) auto AC will try to keep the temp to what you have chosen.
The rear window heater should not effect the AC. In the AC panel there are knobs that are for more maximal cooling and maximal window moisture deduction.
If these functions don't satisfy you, just press the auto-button.
1) No, it has to do with the AC's characteristics
2) Contact your BMW dealer and complain about the noice, if you have it in normal mode.
Just remember that we here up North have freezing temperatures below -20 to -30C.
In that temp the heater is working at it's max.

yes. I have the extended automatic aircondition.
The problem is that if i have it in auto (but with the Ac in off) even i if have in 18º it blows hot air from the feet and from the front dash.
When tou turn it on It becames very noiseble at the beginnning. After it reaches the desired temp it decames quieter (but very loud).
Another question is it electrical to save fuel?
So who has made the operation? what parts do they need to remove?
Is it to risky?
