I just get COBB V3. Try to flash my 2008 535i. While flashing error codes start come up, and very serious like transmission problems ....After flash I uninstall everything, no more error codes. Scan for error COBB and no errors found,

That sounds pretty standard for a Cobb flash while the flashing process is taking place. Did you let the AccessPORT finish flashing? Did you try starting the car after the flash or did you just unmarry the AccessPORT from the car?

Common and perfectly normal occurrences while doing the initial flash and during MAP changes with Cobb:

All radio and chime sounds disappear for the first 25% of the process and then return for the remainder.
Center gauge cluster shows yellow ! warning
iDrive screen will show various warnings including car on lift and AWD system malfunctions.

This is 100% normal for error codes to pop up during the install. Just let it play out, and after roughly 20 minutes it will be done. Note that while you are flashing the car, all doors should be shut, do not open doors or windows during the flash...just sit patiently in your seat and read a book or your phone. After 20 minutes or so it will be good to go...then unplug the Accessport and start driving.

Which map are you installing? Do you have any mods on your car?
