to 5series.net Pete. Yes we were expecting you. I read your threads on Acurazine and was pretty amused by the posters knocking your $925 per month lease payment with zero down. That's a fantastic load payment for a 550 with zero down. How did you get that kind of deal? Oh and by the way, you will find this board about a. Million times better than Roadfly IMHO.

So weclome buddy.

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys! I really appreciate it.

Just to clarify about my payment, it wasn't zero down. I had to put down about $5K....but half of that was for the 1st month's payment, security deposit, and lic/doc fees. Even with $5K down, however, I still think my payment is about as low as you can get it for a car costing close to $72K. (It also helped my credit score was almost 780)

You guys have a great forum here! Such a wealth of great info. on everything 5! I took a peek at Roadfly to see what's going over there and was surprised to see how different it's become since the last time I actively participated....it's almost dead! What happened?

BTW, if anyone knows of a good tint shop in Chicago (north suburbs), I really appreciate it. (The guy that did my last Acura went out of business).

Chicago area member Howitzer has one of the best looking non M5s on the board with a set of killer mods. I am sure that he can hook you up with a good tint shop in Chi town. PM him.
