Yes mine has all-seasons and lateral grip was quite limited. But, in addition, there was significantly body roll in the twisties (and I set the thing to sport) and very numb, imprecise steering feel. The car did look terrific and rde great on the highway. Overall, the model that I had was a boulevardier, not a canyon carver.

Looks like they stretched the E90 M-Sport pack to fit on the F10
I was hoping they would stretch the E92/3 M-Sport pack to fit on the F10.

The only positive, is that it doesn't make me feel bad about still driving around in my "old E60"

hmm.... the wheels aren't doing it for me.... BMW needs to get some M rims that can put the 166/167's to shame but not so far.

Are you guys comparing Sports Packaged BMW against non-Sports Packaged MB's? My MB handles great (only have 200 miles so far) but I would have to say that BMW is more focused in the twisties but I'm comparing a sedan BMW and a convertible MB. But compare like cars, M and AMG, Sport BMW and Sport MB. MB is getting more BMW-like, my MB has the equivalent to Active Steering, higher response engine management button and Dynamic handling. The transmission does not shift as fast as my Sport Auto in my 535i, but the exhaust note is light years ahead of the 535 or 550.
If I wanted all out performance I would have followed fellow member Poleposition and got a M3 Convertible.
