Default 2013 550i Lease

Hi everyone, new to the forums but not to BMW. So, i am going to be selling my 2007 550i and moving to a 2013 550i lease. The 2013 has about 5500 miles and been used by a sales manager. Never titled. Leasing for 36 months, 15k miles. Credit score is 800+. Only leased once and it was 10+ years ago.

The 550 has Heated steering wheel, back seats, reverse camera, navi, rear/side sun shades, comfort seat, pdc, headlight cleaner. Nothing out of the ordinary or expensive packages.

So here are the numbers they are throwing around.

65,080 MSRP
56800 Selling Price
599 Doc Fee
925 Acquisition Fee (took 200 off price off car since iit should be 725)
Cap Taxes 2894.13 (GA 6.5%)
Gross Cap Cost 57725
4k Down
1389.38 Applied upfront
3610.70 Total Cap Reduction
57,008.43 Net Cap Cost

Residual
CRV 65080
Adj CRV 65080
Resdiual Amount 35869.20
Adj Residual 35869.20

Term 36 Months
MF .00125
Adv Payments 1
# Days to next payment 31
Adv Payment 703.30
Total Cap Reduction 3610.70
Upfront Charge 686.00
Initial Payment $5000 (my 4k plus 1k from BMW)
Monthly Payment 703.30

It seems like an OK deal. And the terms and payment are what I was looking for but any help is hugely appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark
