With all the mods on the car, not sure what BMW would exactly cover warranty wise... 
Engine, tranny, suspension and any components they can say might be related I doubt would be, unless you've got a super mod friendly dealer. While the Magnusson Moss Act is great in theory, most tend to take the approach of deny first, then prove it was caused by the mod.

My Ride: alpine white 535 E61
Model Year: 08
I'm still undecided on listing it... But it has a meisterschaft exhaust pretty much muffler .. And 3" non resonated piping between DP's and muffler..
