Mate,

You need 2 people to carry the job, preferably not a hot "chick" which will keep you distracted

I followed it and it went good, no problems. The only difficulty was putting it back, you need to carefully slide it in, the rubber liner on the edge on the roof makes it hard, take your time on this one...

i can cheer up a bit now, but indeed when i saw this happen to my car, i had sparks coming out form my eyes...
i am unfortunate not having a garage, but working on it for the future!
