right rear view mirror when reverse?

I have an 525dA LCI and I've notised one strange thing. Some months ago when I purchased the car the right rear view mirror was automaticly turned to down (to view the right back tire) when the gear selector was pusher to R. Now I noticed that this doesn't happen anymore.
I've tried to look if there's some settings in I-drive but I haven'f found anything... Anybody have had similar problem?

Try moving the left / right rear view mirror switch. It doesn't move when it is switched to the right try moving it to the left can't remember the setting. But am sure it is one of the above. hope this helps thanks. cheers!
