Hope everything is fine for you...

It is snowing in Hamburg and actual Temperatur is -8?C... This is sometime, let's say, slippery...!

A brief sum up of my last mods:

1-/ K&N air filter installed.
2-/ Hartge exhaust installed: while driving, it is a bit louder but the difference is barely noticeable compair to the original one. Difference is more clear when parked and pushing hard the right pedal...! Anyway, it looks far more sexier..!
3-/ OEM 19" rim, styling 125, bought on the Bay (to be installed next year). No too common and should look good with my Touring.
4-/ Dyno test performed this morning in Hamburg (Bosch Kruse workshop, Eiffestrasse 10 / cost = 80?). The results are : 227HP - 510Nm...!
This is only 3HP gained compaired to the configuration "w/o airfilter & Hartge exhaust". But I'm not surprised. This is conform to what I read on various forums.

I have a question regarding those 125 :

They are "8x19 ET18 " and "8,5x19 ET20". Normally the larger one (with the bigger ET) should be installed on the rear axle. I assume (correct me if I'm wrong), that I can all fit them with 245/35/19. Knowing that I have 10mm spacer at the front and 15mm at the rear, does it make sense to install the rims with ET20 at the front axle? Indeed, I'm fearing that if I install the "ET18" at the front, they will look more "out" than the rears... Thanks for your advices.

Drive carefully and take care...

PS at the intention of xBMWx: Very nice 550i you have on order...!!! As some other one, I'm jealous...

Its snowing in Norway, and it looks like we are having a white christmas this year . Luckily, my neighbour has a 330xd so he is driving back and forward in our street so the rest of us can get out. Im currently laying down tiles in the garage so the BMW is outside in the snow.

I always love seeing pics of that car; its a very clean, classy and still purposeful look, even with the winter set-up
