Just checking because that can be a cause if you recently added Freon to the system.

I can't help you any further do to your troubleshooting limitations.

I am at 115k miles with no know history of the water pump. I will have to do it at some point, just trying to avoid it right now.
When my water pump went out, it was quite obvious because the car ran hot, and then switched to limp mode.

Does your fan turn on full under certain conditions, or just randomly? You're not throwing any codes at all?

I say since there's no codes there's nothing wrong unless the coolant is low but that would give an error also.

Sometime when I start the car it will fire up for a few seconds, other times it does it with low speed driving. Very random. I did do a air bleed just for the heck of it. Didn't seem to help. I will just keep a sharp eye on the temp.
Thanks for the input

It could possibly be an [intermittent] coolant temperature sensor, or the fan itself, or an iffy connection. Intermittent problems are tough to catch.

Another weird occurrence, I did some work on the car that required me to drain some coolant and refill. Now my car will not stop when running the bleeding process. The water pump just runs for infinite time. Never stops the bleeding sequence.
I am thinking thermostat or waterpump. The fan is turning on and off all the time now

Oddly no codes, (besides cat-delete dectected) I will mess around with it tomorrow with the Schwaben test tool and see if I can test the pump and maybe the thermostat
*Edit
Did get a code 2E83 DME electric coolant pump, power-reduced operation
