Update...
It was the sunroof drains...
There was like 3-4" of water on the right hand side where the First aid kit is located in the back end

Hopefully, you won't have any trouble getting your dealer to pay for this repair...

It's all covered, under the Normal BMW USA 4/50k all service , and it's a CPO .... that is why they laughed at the 10M miles on the print out... the odo reads 43007... so I'm all good.

There are some E61 and E83 owners (on a different board) in the US with sunroof drain issues AND a warranty which have NOT been covered... And it has cost them +$4500 to get their cars fixed.

There is obviously a serious flaw with the Panorama sunroofs, but BMW won't hear anything about it.
Cleaning the drain tubes is something that the owner cannot do anything about, and isn't told anything about, yet in many cases, it is the customer's fault when this failure occurs.
Anyway, congrats on hitting the 10,000,000 mile club. Very rare, indeed!

I don't understand how this would be the customers fault... but ok...
Keeping fingers crossed now...

More updates...
It was not the Drains....
Apparently the Seal around the Sunroof was bad, and let a lot of rain in. The tropical storm was too much and over flowed the drains.
Problem was this was already happening before I got the car, due to the electrical connections having oxidation on most of them in the back...Nice You would think if was a CPO that the mechanics might check back there!
So new sun roof
New sun roof tray
New S.R. Seal
New head liner
New Batt
New wiring loom....
8 Different ! control units....
The Power management thing back there...
The motors for the Rear hatch
possibly the tail lights..
Possibly some other stuff...
The car will be in the shop for a Minimum of 1 week... if all the parts come in on time...
I am not even going to guess How much it will cost...
Also are there any other settings for iDrive I should have changed other than the Day time Running lights since they will have to reflash/program the entire car. That was the only thing I could think of...
