There will be an E60/61 Meet organized next summer (someone told me about this the other day - details will be coming), but I think that it will be a bit farther south. And east...
However, I would be thrilled to drive my 275hp 530d along side your 272hp 530i on the Ring!!![Smile](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/smile.gif)

(Can you please PM me so I don't miss the post - thanks!)
I would also like to see how my new car compared to yours, but only over 1 lap max, otherwise I would be off the track looking for a filling station whilst your car is happly drinking its diesel in gentle moderation and still flying round the 'Ring

Congrats ivano.
What a smooth looking car, very stylish!
Note also that the new F10 (F11) 528i will have 10 Kw's less than your 530i.

Very nice - is that the Bamboo Wood trim on the dashboard ? Difficult to see from your pics, but looks good.
New IDrive screen is really nice as well.
I always get nervouse about a new car, parking, very carefully etc, as you the same or don't car too much ?

I tell you:
because they gave me a bigass discount and I don't want to visit the dealership every 3 weeks because of the problems that come with brand new models such as the F10.
F10 is nice indeed, but without M-style it's senseless for me.I wanted to buy a car that I don't have to put in another 2000? to add M-package and stuff that comes now with this car.
Another good point is that this model was first built 2004 and now it's almost 2010, 5 years of time that BMW had to remove all the crap they did with the initial models..
I know as soon as i get to see the F10 I will bite my ass but hey, this car is also nice and for me it's like christmas and birthday together

Second, I couldn't agree more with your rationale for buying the E61 at the end of its model run. I did the same thing with my dearly departed E39 540i Sport and I was not disappointed -- a mechanically flawless car with an awesome lease deal.
