In the USA they are often the Friday afternoon (after liquid lunch) production cars.

Haha, nice!

Overe here in Scandinavia, we normally have quite liquid weekends... so that makes a nice Monday for you.

Speaking about Lemon cars... there is no Diamond Membership I suppose?

I will return my car today, as the engine problem is still there. No warning sign so far, but with the history in hindsight my dealer recommended me to bring it back to them.

At least they are very nice to me!!!

Is the car bought by you as a private person or by a company? If it's a company that owns or lease it, the consumer laws is not valid. Then you have to read the fin print on the back of the contract. It's a huge difference if you have bought it as a private. The "3 attempts to repair" is also a big grey zone. It have to be the same fault the third time, so in your case they have 2 more attempts on the Lambda sensors.

I have 2 Saabs returned because they could not repair them and in that two cases it turned out with a cost for me in kr/km driven with the car. Look at the KOV site for costs to have a car, there you have the base to start calculate from if it comes to an end that they will take back the car.
