I want to change my manual Inner Rear View Mirror with an Auto Dimming one.
Its an 2006 E61.

So i bought a Mirror on Ebay, also with Light Assistent FLA.

At the Dealership i bought the Retrofit Cable which plugs into the Mirror and ends in 3 blank wires.
The cable goes from the Mirror to the Glove Box where it should be plugged in somewhere.
But where? Even the Dealership couldnt tell me. So iam Stuck.

I choose this method over the just take +12 and Mass from the Interiour Light or Rain Sensor because i wanted
it done properly.

Can anyone tell me where i have to wire the 3 Cables to? Its Mass, +12 and Cancel Dimming in Reverse.


And the next question would be about the FLA.
Besides the coding, the FLA has only 2 wires which sould be a bus signal.
The Guy at the Dealership told me that i can just take the Bus signal from the Rain Sensor and connect
the FLA to the Bus wires of the Rain Sensor.
Can anybody tell me if that is correct? I cant try because i cant power the Mirror without knowing where to power it from
and i still need coding of the FLA.

I anybody can help me that would be great.
