E61 Sunroof Issues

Hi,
As with many other people out their I have developed a minor leak above the offside front Side Airbag just directly below the headlining. I have checked the following - Drains are clear, windscreen is watertight and have also taken the side curtain away to try and find the actual drain hose. When I inject water directly down the drain then the leak appears so it seems to me that their is some kind of connecting hose.
Has anyone had the same experience or any ideas how I can fix? - I assume that I will need to try and take the headliner down to access?

Besides one of the 4 drains in the casette clogging up (one for each corner of car), you've read I assume that older ones the seal went? That's quite common for a leak source. Easy DIY fix, search here for that. But if you're sure it's not the seal or any of the drains, that's odd...
