It's a '74 2002tii with some goodies but it needs a full restoration done. Bought a MIG but probably won't get to welding the new floor pans or rear shock towers until next year or so...

were you ever able to get the length of the lowered link? I have all the parts just would like to know what distance between the to bolts needs to be. Thanks
I finally got mine done!!! It only took 2 years since I got the parts
Original links have 70mm between bolts, I set mine at 65mm, below pictures show the results after a 5 minute drive to let things settle down.
Sorry for using MM but it is much easier and more accurate way to measure small distances.

Did you have active rear air ride suspension? How do you have your coilovers set up? I would really like to purchase a set of these or the V3s, but I live in New England where the roads are bumpy and ridden with pot holes, and I would like to retain the soft OEM feel as much as possible while lowering the car. What's my best option to do so?
Joining the party, but better late than never. Bought car with oem front struts with H&R springs, air in the back with m5 swaybar and stock shocks. That setup had about 10k on it, car has about 66k on it. Replaced struts with B8. I'm unaware of needing to re-adjust the self-leveling headlights to be aimed properly? Seem to function fine to me.
Looks like front axle (passenger side) is on its way out. Tie rod assembly is also being replaced.
H&R with B8 struts is really stiff. A bit too late to change now, but I almost wish I had just explored putting air suspension in the front if that's an option. Or stock m5 struts?
