UPS dropped off my KWv3s yesterday and with the weather forecast for Boston looking so good I will hopefully have them installed along with my wheels before next weekend.

I dig it! I like how the helper springs are on the top so they aren't part of the unsprung weight.

I was able to install my KWs and my wheels today. I had to pull and roll the rear fenders and get the ride height perfect for my wheels so it took a while to finish. I'm running a big wheel with a pretty aggressive offset but I prefer getting my wheels to fit as flush and to the limit of what looks comfortable as I can.
The wheels are a staggered set of 20" BMW style 128.
I have been building cars for 18 years and have experience with many brands/versions of suspension and KW is always a great choice for a street car. My E61 is no exception. Going from stock suspension and the matching 17" wheels to the KWs and 20" wheels had no ill effect on ride quality. The car rides as good as it did at low speed and maybe a little better during higher speed normal driving. The second you throw it in a turn the upgrade suspension truly reveals itself. No more plowing over the front inside tire from excessive weight transfer.
The car is finally starting to look nice enough to show so here are the pictures I promised.

Air leveling arm dropped to the lowest setting just to see how low it can go
The new wheels tuck up in the stretched fenders nicely.

Do you have a pic of the adjustable leveling arm by chance?

Also, what was your suspension setup before you got the KW's? It seems a bit lower even with the before pic.

Wow, that stance and ride height is just about perfect for the E61! Awesome!

My suspension was completely stock Sunday morning when I took that pic. It's hard to tell but the driveway going down to my shop is a hill so the rear suspension was compressed a little. I guess it wasn't the best place for a comparison pic but I just snapped it real quick as I was pulling in.

Here are the adjustable dog bones for the leveling arms.
