Climate control malfunction?

I have the same issue. It blows warm air on top of the dashboard and the vents are speeding up and slowing down on its own...even on non automatic

Did you set the cold air in the climate control options (is the chest of the person BLUE or RED?) If it is set to RED - warm then it will blow warm air, you have to set it to BLUE - cold air

I've had that same thing before, adjusted that little setting and all is fine. I can't find the picture of the climate screen to show you the exact setting, but what year is your car?
