So your RLSS is red in ISTA and this was a new one from the dealership which was initialized. We're is that fuse located. In the trunk or glove compartment. Did the fuse burn again. If so it's definitely a wiring issue

So, having that error is causing your car to not function in what way?
I think its not restricting car functions at all, it just intermittent fault. Now at measuring plan with ignition on ista tests voltage at LM, and its ok, 12,1v. Ista shows that fault can be deleted because its not active.

I changed RLSS to new one ~6 months ago. Fuse burned totally at my testing wirings day.
Its in a trunk right side.
All 3 wires (Ground, +12,LIN bus) at RLSS connector is not shorted and dont have resistance between them, not shorted to ground, circuit is also ok.

One more think does not match in ISTA control unit tree. My RLSS is connected to the car on LIN bus, but in ISTA it appears like its connected via CAN , why?
On pre LCI cars yes, this will be correct, they got older (square) type LM and older type RLS, that was connected via CAN. I found theards on other forums that guys is retrofiting LM2 instead LM to get more functions and leave older type (square) RLS. In this situation they get same fault code in LM module. They wrote that solution to get rid of fault, is upgrade RLS to newer one, or code it out.
Add picture. Of my control unit tree.

Has your car been retrofitted with modules that does not come on the car?
