intermittent problem.
using either of the three means (tailgate latch itself, remote button, or button under dash) half the time, tailgate won't open.
When the problem occurs (and the frequency has been getting slightly worse as the months go by), one can hear the latch, and the mechanism labour, but then the tailgate just gets stuck.
Believe it or not, two visits to the dealer and they have not been able to replicate the phenomenon (don't you hate that!). Dealer says i should wait until it is more self-evident (such that they can see the problem).
Any ideas? Hydrolics seem fine.
