I am trying to see if I can get one around December next year, for around 50-55k with low miles, and was aiming at an 09 around that time, but hell, if you got a 2010 NOW for that price?? I better be getting a lambo with that money

Here is the options printout I got from BMW VIN Decoder. The VIN decoder is well worth the money BTW if you are in the market for a used one. As you can see, it basically has no options. I really wanted at least HUD, but at this price I couldn't pass it up. The dealer will have the check tomorrow morning, so once that's done I'll give you guys a link to the listing so you can check it out for yourself.

Thanks for all the advice about CPO, it just seems like a lot to pay, but I've had BMWs before so along with your advice, CPO is going on the car.

Guys - What do you think about retrofitting HUD? I've researched this and the terms "impossible" show up quite often. Really too bad because there is a complete HUD system (less the windshield) from an E60 on ebay right now for a few hundred dollars.
