So my 545I with sport package is lower then the M5 is?
If I was to put Eibach springs on mine, would it lower it more?

my m5 looks like a monster truck next to my 530i sport package. big difference in ride height from the factory. yes you would be even lower..

In this case price should be a non-factor. You should ask yourself do you want a close to stock ride or do you want an even stiffer ride than you have now.
Where is the best place to get a Eibach or Equiv. spring kit for the M5? 299.99!!! Thats cheap! I havent lowered the front of my car yet because i figure it would cost me an arm and a leg!

HATE that the front sits higher then the back on my stock setup!

The H&R's give the M5 a nice slammed look but the ride is pretty harsh. if comfort is your deal then i would not recommend them. 20's always look good on the M5

Definitely go with Eibachs for a nice look and not too harsh.

Just done mine and it looks good me thinks. Have settled a little since these pics:

thanks, Eurocarfan! why does he have 30 up front and 25 in the back. I thought people run 35 up front and 30 in the back for 20 inch wheels. I am actually leaning towards Rennen Concave 8 right now.
Interestingly, on this forum people like Eibach, but on the other forum, people like H and R springs. Still can't decide on which one. Plus I sat on someone else's M5 with H&R and they aren't that stiff. And 2 other mechanics do recommend H&R and said H&R is softer the Eibach.
Who actually had both before?
Thanks everyone!
