That said, 507 bhp launching down the road will use a touch of clutch!

Whats messed up about this whole thing is, that in the end they covered the clutch, but my flywheel also needed to be exchanged just like everyone elses i think they should honor that for me as well they will be getting a phone call from me this week. Also i keep getting the rear end bang when engaging the clutch those fuckers at bmw of manhattan didnt grease my clutch release bearing correctly

mmmm scary thread. I have an '07 M5 on lease expiring soon, and the dealer tells me that under no circumstance can I get a BMW CPO warranty if I purchase it, so threads like this make me really think twice about buying it as I would be at 80000km before summers end, and out of warranty. I've only used "launch mode" a few times in three years, and very few times have I turned off DSC and gone into S6 to get the super aggressive shifts (to demonstrate to select passengers that the M5 paddle shifting is not the same as their Kia or whatever else comes with paddle shifters these days).

In the event I purchase it (pending reduction in the unrealistic current purchase option price), is there anything specific I should be getting the dealer to proactively check for while I am still under warranty? It would be a crushing disappointment to say the least if I purchase the car then run into very expensive issues...
