Burnt Clutch on an M5?

My Ride: 530d M Sport. It has Heads Up Display...need I say more...
The clutch is the thing I am most worried about on the M. I've just bought a 2005 with 44k miles on it and am a little worried. It drives great at the mo with no real clunking but will check with my dealer regarding the clutch release bearing. Does anyone know if I just ask for it to be replaced it will be covered by the warranty???

Ahmed did you get the M5 in Bahrain? i'm moving back to Egypt soon & i can't take my 530 because its more than 4 years old now & thinking about getting a B.M while there, we have a BMW plant in Egypt but i dont think they make M5, last i checked the cost of an M5 in Egypt was over $200,000 is it around the same in Bahrain?

Yes I bought my M5 from Bahrain, I bought it used in July. Only 15k miles on it
We have low import duty tax in Bahrain ( only 5% ). A new M5 will set you back 50k Bahraini Dinars ( about 130k US$ ).
Used M5's are selling for under 50k US$ here.

The fact that the SMG M5(as im told) burn out the clutchs aruond 30-40km's is crazy... I think that should be a fricken recall and we should all get free clutchs!!!
