I'm still confused as to how the cops were even able to charge him with anything. Couldn't he have just said that he made up a lie so that he would be accepted by the forums, or something like that?

I agree there has to be more to this . I could see if he posted a video of his antics. Or if an officer saw him do these things and used this forum

Did you ever hear of the thing called the track where you can legally push your car as hard as you want? If i had car you have, i would be down there every week having a ton of fun.

And you said you were doing it safely, but you turned the DTC and DSC fully off? I highly doubt you have the driving skills required to safely swerve around a child if you actually had to and then keep control of the car all with the traction control off.
