Hi

Looking to upgrade the brakes on my 2006 M5....Brembo, Stoptech..AP, Movit or Willwood...etc...was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction. Not looking to break..( no pun ) the bank !

BBK's are expensive on our cars, the most i see are the Stoptechs and Brembo's on E60 M5's.

should get stoptechs, I have Brembo GT big brake kit on my volvo, and despite bigger calipers, more pistons and rotors I didnt like the feeling of them. Stoptech supposedly design each brake kit specific to the application, where piston sizes, play an important role. Just my two cent

Can't comment on which is better as I've only had the Brembos but sometimes you can find some used ones on here or M5Board.

Ive had both and Brembo takes the cake
Although 8 piston does not equate better than 6 piston calipers aswell...just changing the stock brake lines to stainless steel brakes lines greatly improves it from stock
