We're a 72.5 so you should be fine. I'm trying to understand what you're saying regarding your measurements and I'm a little confused. When you say outside do you mean the side like we see?

Also, are you sure you want to run a stretch tire it looks pretty bad imho and not very safe.

Thanks a million, Michael!!! This is exactly the info I was looking for. Yes, these are 9.5 fronts (they are for X5, so they are bigger than your average e60 setup) and 10.5 rears.

All said and done, 9.5 fronts with some "stretched on" tires will probably work, because the stock setup is ET43 offsets and 8 inches wide rims, but it has some serious room on the outside (maybe 20-25mm? anyone know for sure? ). So a 1.5 inch (~38mm) wider rim with a 2mm "deeper" offset would mean that these would "stick out" ~36mm (about an inch and a half) more than the stocks. But the <10mm fender pull/roll should clear the wheel. The question, then, is whether there is ~25mm on the outside in the stock setup...

At least, such is my hypothesis - can someone confirm/deny, please?

Now a question about the hub-bore: these rims have a 72.6mm hub-bore, which (I think) matches the Xi e60 without any hub-centric rings, or am I wrong in my assumption?

By "outside" I mean the outside of the wheel/tire.

I like the stretched on tire look when the car's sitting on some serious wheels. As far as it being safe, I don't know - haven't heard/read much about that yet.

They are a very similar style to Miro 935s - WHICH ARE NOT MADE IN 20In SIZE FOR Xi!!! - which is why I'm "reduced" to doing all this ehh... I crack myself up lol anyway, I might actually be switching cars (its been in the making for a while now), but if I'm keeping this one, I want a nice 20 inch setup by next summer. The problem with these particular wheels is weight - which is, I'm sure, way more than even my stock over-weight 18s with RFTs...

If you are going for the stretch, it will make your new rims more prone to curb rash. I've heard that having stretched tires cause faster tire wear and is harsher on your suspension components, but I'm not sure how truthful that statement is. Just something to keep in mind. I personally think it looks good with an aggressive drop. Stretched tires will have little sidewall flex allowing for better steering responses and higher cornering speeds. That's why some drift cars run stretched tires.

Hey Vlad, I thought you were selling your car - why bother going through the hassle of rolling/stretching if you are getting rid of it?
