Bought new headlights from Umnitza months ago and found out many parts were missing, finally got time to put everything together only to find that
I need retaining clips to hold the D1S bulbs in place. Anyone know where to get these? It's the ones like the picture below:





I am doing a halogen conversion so I do not have those clips! If anyone could it would be very appreciated!

I have a set of lamp holders. What else do you need? Ballast as well?

I've been lazy and never got around to selling it from trying to do the conversion as well. (Also bought the Umnitza kit and learned I need all this other crap)

# 6 Lamp holder for Xenon lamp 63117162087 $9.54 . I think it says it comes with a set of 2. Can u go to ur local dealer in Australia for it?

 

Sorry to hear your experience with Umnitza, apparently you're the 1st person. Someone else was in the same exact situation as you and was able to get a refund from Umnitza. Just thought you should know about that option.

 

Thanks for the replies, refund isn't worth it given that the shipping back to the states will probably cost $150+
I've asked Mike at Autohaus to see if he can find some ballasts and retainer clips as the eBay link EV4530 mentioned
doesn't ship Internationally.

 

Don't mean to jack the thread but will these work for the
bulbs in a HID kit instead of making holes
in the existing headlight bulb covers?
