Well I took them out this weekend, also changed the oil seperator to the new vortex type and changed the air filter - Feeling good anda great sense of accomplishment - thanks Anzafin!

thanks mate - great resource on this site, and if I hadnt read up on the forum I could have easily had a screwed engine in the near future!
