What rear bumper/diffuser is this?!

I wanted to know if it is possible to custom fit the stock exhaust. Maybe reposition it a little to where i can put on those oval tips. Anyone know if this is doable?

It's possible to remount the tips on the left side, but not the right side unless you want dummy pipes.
