Tinted windows is an absolute must.
With the white car I think a black vinyl roof would look awesome too. Which is also another really cheap mod that goes a long way. would look like this...

instead of wasting time asking around, go ahead and treat yourself and get new wheels!! 
a good set will seperate you from the rest of the pack... also add a little personal touch to it
if you are going to customize it
