Can we perform the update ourselves. I have PROGMAN installation files and I'm positive that I can get it up and running, but the files, which are needed for flashing the modules (or whatever), I'm not sure from where to get them.

It's in the PROGMAN software , so you need to find the language change setting in PROGMAN and then select the the language to program ( change to ) , be awear it can take up to 2-3 hours and a stabil power supply for the car is off high importance !
