Unlock TV function

In previous editions of the 5-series, like the E39, you could unlock the TV-function so that the TV kept on working while you where driving instead of going blank for safety reasons.
Does anyone know how to bypass this safetyfeature so I can watch TV while I'm driving more than 5 Kmph?
