I tihnk it's pretty obvious based on the 2 pictures I posted that V1 and V2 are not the same brightness. So not only do we back up our claims, we actually show them.
Look, if you want, I'll give you Ruben's number, he owns a multi-million dollar steel company in Antioch CA, he's got a 545, 645, and he's probably going to get the M3 when it comes out. He's not some off the wall customer. He said: "I can tell immediately that one side is brighter, the minute you plugged it.
I'm confident. Clearly.

but is V2 ICE = the competitor V2. thats the question. According to this pic, where compared, ICE was not as bright to the competitors

You compared 2 different colors of products.
I discussed the differences in another thread. A 6000K will appear less bright than a 7000K, especially at night. Think contrast.
A perfect example is that photo. We all know that these products are not significantly brighter than stock. They simply aren't. They have to go through the same medium, and yet, look at that photo above, all 3 "white" cars look a LOT brighter than the stock car.
Think CONTRAST here
Of course, think price too

Incase if I recieve mine today, where are the instructions/video to install them?
you need to take your headlight out, it's a jigsaw puzzle removal. Once out, it's easy.

I was hoping more of step by step instructions (rather than high-level steps), once you lift the hood.
I used these instructions to install my v1 ICE although the DIY is for AIBs. The jigsaw puzzle on the headlamps trying to shimmy them out are a b!tch. Good Luck.

it can be done with very long needle nose pliers. If you dont have those long extended pliers then you have to remove the housing. In some cars you will have to remove the radiator top cover then unscrew the housing for the headlight i do have some pics of when i pulled mine out and then my final result for my V3 aib
