Did you consider other tuning companies (e.g. Kempower) and if so why did you choose Auto Tuning Heinze?

Because i caught kempower on a little lie. They told me the sell custom exhaust especialy made for them. In fact they were just Eisenman exhaust on witch
they put their name.
I know its a detail but....

ALso Heinz was nearby.

I caught Kempower in a lie aswell.

Last year they had a dyno of a remapped 525d giving 260bhp. On the graph the bhp and torque line dipped quite a bit. They told me that it was due to the particle filter. Actually the line dipped because it was showing the turbo lag. They raised the boost pressure by ALOT.

Heinz doesnt touch the burbo pressure as far as i know. Its just little bits and bites anywhere on the curves that make up big difference.

In fact its hard work. I think if you just raise the turbo its more easy but less reliabel.

I think your right, Heinz don't increase the boost pressure. DMS who slightly increase the boost gets 225bhp and 508nm out of the 525d.

Its fairly easy to deliver kick ass tuning in therms off impressive numbers. The first run heinz did on pascal his E61 he got 24O horsepower and close to 5OONM. It is the job of the tuner to protect the customer against ....himself. Because if you drive hard a lot of times with those numbers the clutch will be gone real soon.

Heinz sayd; these numbers are to much for a safe result and toned it down. After all the work he delivered a car with still good numbers but also safe results.

Its would be more easy for him to just give people want they want and not caring for the lifespann of the car. In the short run it would give him more clients but in the long run complaints will catch up and a bad reputation will be the result and soon clients will not come anymore causing bad cash flow

A auto can actualy take less hp and torgue then a manual car. On a manual you can put 3O NM more.

Im sure a auto can take more torque. That's why the 535d is auto only. BMW don't have a manual that could handle the torque.

Nope sorry. The 535 has a stronger part then the 525 or 53O. Not the same auto
