Added 2 cm spacers rear and 1 cm spacer front.
I think for the rear that the maximum without rolling the fenders.

Eisenman exhaust: next week: the normal exhaust did not fit the Mtech. We need
a Eisenman Mtech model exhaust.

217 horse power and about 480 NM remapped.

3th and 4th gear : fantastic. I drove away from my budy with a normal 525 d on the highway. He could not keep up. Not by a long shot. I think i am now equal to
a 53O but have not raced one yet.

Some pics
We both (me and pascal) had 1O runs on the dyno. It had to be perfekt for Heinz.
So they were at it for about 2 hours i think for 1 car. Of course we chatted a bit to

Thanks for the info, pmmeke. Looks good.
Those numbers are promising. In about 4 months probably, I'll have mine chiptuned as well.

Although the car definitely looks more attractive and sporty, I am - as I have mentioned before - not sure about those spacers yet. It's my dealer that has scared me a bit on that one, without actually giving detailed reasons. He told me to keep that to the absolute minimum. But if you would only go for e.g. 5mm or even 10mm, then you probably won't even notice. I read that Lomaq installed 15mm rears and he now is probably going to replace them with the 20mm rear ones as well.

Once in a while I read these stories about problems with vibrations etc., which don't help of course. Reasons remain unclear.

It's my own decision at the end of the day, but if I don't hear of any problems from you, Lomaq or other forum members that have installed them, the decision will be a bit easier in 4 months.
Hope I don't hear from you on this topic again...not in a negative way at least

Let us know the outcome of any "encounters" you've had with 530d's or other E60 models ...

I've got spacers and it will only vibrate if you get cheap ones. I had Eibach on the back and some cheap ones on the front. This led to vibrations in the steering wheel so i changed the front ones to Eibach aswell. No more problems.

pmmke hi,

just curiosity, on the chart it's showing 177 or 179 hp for the e61 and e60,
have you friend and yourself bought the 177 hp version or the 163 hp version ?

mine is 163 hp (officially) does that means that mine could also have 177 hp ?

Tks

I am sure you have at least 177 horse power. Bmw doesnt do anything special to limit horsepower for national bmw dealerships. NO WAY
This was confirmed by Heinz who did at least 1OO bmw E6O.
The only way you will have a real limited version is if you import the car from germany. Then you need a paper that proves the limited version and for having that paper you realy need to go to bmw headquarters of your country who will actualy limit it befor giving you the paper (cost you at least 5OO bucks)

pmmeke,

tks for the reply - I'm also planning some remapping, unfortunately
I couldnt make yesterday to join you (and the price ...), I'm really
curious to see how many hp I have, what I m really looking after is
"drehmoment" which could be a great match for automatic.
