Here's a question for anyone who has a JB4 installed:

How do you enable/disable a feature. For exmple, if I want to enable the gauge sweep I know how to access the dashboard interface and navigate to the menu I want using the vol and ch buttons on the steering wheel. But once I get to where I want to be within the menu - how do I turn the feature on/off?

If you want gauge sweep enter jb4 controls volume/channel down. The use the the buttons to get to speedo 5, than tach to 7. Then use the down volume (speedo) down back to normal cluster.

OR

Read the first couple lines of the attached file.

^^^Did exactly what you said with no luck. The only thing I can do is set the MAP, read codes, set the shift RPM, reset guages, and calibrate the guages to my car.

I haven't been able to toggle the CANflap or guage sweep. I bought mine used last summer from another member and didn't get around to installing it until recently. I will need to buy the USB cable and update the software (I don't even have menus 6-9).

I wasn't sure if some features just don't work on a 535.

How long ago have you installed it? Your software is most likely old and needs to be updated. Check out this link on how to wire the USB cable into the glove box.
